This was my first photo shoot for anything and I was nervous getting into it. Wondering how the pictures are going to turn out, how my hair and make-up would look like and how my husband Rudy would feel like, doing a photo shoot. When I met Kristen, it already felt like I knew her. She is so friendly and automatically makes you feel comfortable. Then I met Gemma who is just as nice. The make-up done by Gemma was great, just how I wanted it. The photo shoot was fun and I didn't feel awkward or embarrassed. Then I saw the pictures and was so happy! It was way better than I expected. The pictures are priceless and I am so glad that Kristen and Gemma captured this special moment in our lives! Thanks so much girls! |

I am no pro, but I have worked with several photographers and none have been to this caliber. Not only are the pictures of top quality, but the direction and concept of the shoot was well organized and executed. It has been a pleasure to work with the Dime Image team and Kristen is truly an artist. She has added a new color to paint the world with-with her absolute unique style and creativity. Lady Gem I believe is also a very valuable asset to this company, working her magic wand (her makeup brushes) and her fabulous hairstyling technique! Plus it is fun to watch this "dynamic duo," (a name a came up for them...lol) bounce these incredible ideas off each other. That "IT" factor that people always talk about-that is what Dime Image is all about. My pictures has had me busy and booked! If you don't know, you need to get the name imprinted in the back of your mind...DIME IMAGE! The next big photography agency! I haven’t worked with many photographers, nor do I have as much experience as some girls, but working with Kristen I felt very comfortable in front of her and her brand new camera! Not even for a second did I feel awkward or out of place at our shoot at the air strip in San Jose. Gem her good friend and partner in crime was also extremely helpful in guiding me when I struggled a bit …“arch your back and chest out!” Over all it was an experience I won’t forget and I’ll have pictures to remember almost choking on a guitar pick and pretending to be a TIGER! I had a great experience as far as having my very first photoshoot, Kristen is open to ideas, she wasn't demanding, made me feel comfortable in my skin and helped me a lot by giving me directions in posing. The make-up artist was very friendly and did such a great job on hair and make-up. I would definately recommend her as a photographer for a photoshoot. These girls are Pros. I was impressed by how comfortable they made my daughter feel behind the camera and how beautiful she looked. Kristen wanted my daughter to have the best pictures and provided one of the best make up artist for the shoot. Kristen always communicated all the great ideas and visions she had for the photo shoot and at the shoot she made it happened. Everything turned out the way she visualized and was driven to make it turn out better. She was very professional and took the shoot very seriously. Since the photoshoot we received so much positive feedback and attention.. I would recommend her to everyone. What is there to say about Kristen? Hmm...well for one, she is definitely one of the most sweetest girls I have ever met. She believed in me when we went on our Ballerina shoot even though I had told her I was a bit nervous because I hadn't danced in a year. And because of her kindness I tried my best to give her some great shots and I think I nailed it :) She makes you feel comfortable and is VERY supportive and understanding. Especially when her lovely make up artist is right there cheering you on, it makes the shoot a hell of a good time! We've kept in touch after our shoot and I hope we get another opportunity to get some more great shots! :) -Thania Molina |
